{"id":2267,"date":"2018-08-30T15:10:55","date_gmt":"2018-08-30T14:10:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bodartopticiens.be\/garanties\/"},"modified":"2018-09-25T08:24:03","modified_gmt":"2018-09-25T07:24:03","slug":"warranty","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bodartopticiens.be\/en\/warranty\/","title":{"rendered":"Warranty"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>BASIC WARRANTY<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Quality Guarantee<\/strong><br \/>\nYour product is guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing<br \/>\ndefects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comfort Guarantee<\/strong><br \/>\nIf within 6 months of purchasing a complete pair of glasses<br \/>\n(frames + lenses) and when, despite being adjusted in different ways, the selected frames<br \/>\nare causing a problem (injury to nose, frames constantly sliding down the nose),<br \/>\nBodart Opticiens will exchange them for another model.<br \/>\nIf your lenses cannot be inserted in the new frames,<br \/>\nwe will also replace them free of charge.<\/p>\n<h2>INSURANCE<\/h2>\n<p><strong>You can choose to insure your glasses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Omnium Insurance<\/strong>covers:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breakage:\u00a0<\/strong>your frames and\/or lenses are fully insured against breakage, with an excess of 20% of the purchase value.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft or loss:\u00a0<\/strong>Your frames and\/or lenses are fully insured against theft or loss, with an excess of 40% of the purchase value.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terms and Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum term of 2 years from date of purchase for frames.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum term of 3 years from date of purchase for lenses.<\/li>\n<li>Up to 2 replacements and\/or repairs during these terms.<\/li>\n<li>All replacements and\/or repairs carried out will be with\/for the same frames and\/or glasses as originally ordered (same type of lenses and frames, same strength).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to claim?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Breakage: Show us your broken frames and your warranty card and we will replace or repair the broken elements.<\/li>\n<li>Theft\/Loss: Show us a police report of the incident and your warranty card and we will provide you with a new pair of glasses identical to the previous ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How much does insurance cost?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A one-off cost of 10 Euros for each pair of single vision lenses, no additional charge for the frames.<\/li>\n<li>A one-off cost of 25 Euros for each pair of multifocal lenses, no additional charge for the frames.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BASIC WARRANTY Quality Guarantee Your product is guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing defects.
