BASIC WARRANTY
Quality Guarantee
Your product is guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing
defects.
Comfort Guarantee
If within 6 months of purchasing a complete pair of glasses
(frames + lenses) and when, despite being adjusted in different ways, the selected frames
are causing a problem (injury to nose, frames constantly sliding down the nose),
Bodart Opticiens will exchange them for another model.
If your lenses cannot be inserted in the new frames,
we will also replace them free of charge.
INSURANCE
You can choose to insure your glasses.
Omnium Insurancecovers:
Breakage: your frames and/or lenses are fully insured against breakage, with an excess of 20% of the purchase value.
Theft or loss: Your frames and/or lenses are fully insured against theft or loss, with an excess of 40% of the purchase value.
Terms and Conditions:
- Maximum term of 2 years from date of purchase for frames.
- Maximum term of 3 years from date of purchase for lenses.
- Up to 2 replacements and/or repairs during these terms.
- All replacements and/or repairs carried out will be with/for the same frames and/or glasses as originally ordered (same type of lenses and frames, same strength).
How to claim?
- Breakage: Show us your broken frames and your warranty card and we will replace or repair the broken elements.
- Theft/Loss: Show us a police report of the incident and your warranty card and we will provide you with a new pair of glasses identical to the previous ones.
How much does insurance cost?
- A one-off cost of 10 Euros for each pair of single vision lenses, no additional charge for the frames.
- A one-off cost of 25 Euros for each pair of multifocal lenses, no additional charge for the frames.
